Atul Roy brings a vast array of management, entrepreneurship and investment experience gathered over several decades. He has held senior management positions at telecom incumbent, has started new ventures with successful exit and has a track record of building strong high performing teams.

Mr. Roy is also an executive member at Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, a London based private equity firm that invests in Data Centers, Towers and Fiber businesses, and its portfolio companies include Hudson IX.

Chief Technology Officer

Arthur Valhuerdi brings over 30 years of management experience in the telecommunications and data center fields. With a proven track record, he has held key leadership positions including Vice President of Engineering for Zayo Colocation and Vice President of Infrastructure for FiberNet Telecom Group, Inc. Arthur’s expertise extends to engineering and construction management roles within Bell Atlantic.

Mr. Valhuerdi holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College, an M.S. in Information Systems from Polytechnic Institute of New York University, and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is EIT certified, showcasing his commitment to excellence and professional growth.

ASIM HAMID

Controller

Asim Hamid brings 25 years of valuable expertise in Accounting and Taxation. With a solid background as a partner and controller at Mobile Hype for two years, as well as experience as a Manager of Financial Reporting at AIG for three years, Mr. Hamid has honed his skills in overseeing financial operations. Notably, he served as the Controller for the Fibernet Telecom Group from 2006 to 2009, successfully managing the eventual sale of the company in September 2009.

Mr. Hamid holds an M.S. degree in Accounting from Baruch College, the City University of New York. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an esteemed member of the AICPA and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

With his extensive background and expertise, Asim Hamid is well-equipped to provide exceptional financial guidance and support.

Vice President, Design & Construction

Sander Gjokaj brings over 25 years of experience in progressive design, construction, and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure and facilities. With a strong background in various industries including real estate, construction, communications, media, and entertainment, Sander has held key positions as a Principal, Senior Manager, and Vice President.

During his career, Sander has made significant contributions to renowned organizations such as Home Box Office (HBO) Inc., where he served as the Global Vice President of Facilities Operations & Engineering. He has also held the position of Senior Manager of CORE Engineering at XO Communications, a leading nationwide provider of advanced communications services. Additionally, Sander’s expertise was valued as a Principal at PowerTech Electrical & Engineering Corp., a full-service electrical and engineering firm.

Sander’s educational background includes studies in Physics and Electrical Engineering at Pace University. He holds certifications and licenses with the FCC and NYSBEC, further demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence.
