One of the nicest DC’s/collocation facilities I have worked in but the best part of the facility are the people who work and manage it. 20 years in the business and I have yet to meet a group of people so focused on making sure not only the customer but its vendors get what they need to ensure a smooth deployment. The last month I had the pleasure of working with the Hudson IX team at 60 Hudson Street, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond and never stopped. The level of expertise and customer service was by far one of the best experiences I have had working in Data Centers for the last 25 years. Beyond the level of service this is one of the nicest Data Centers / Collocation facilities I have worked in. Look forward to both working in the facility and with Sander Gjokaj and his team. For Data Center Engineers - Hudson IX is located on the 6th floor of this building (Suite #116b). Context on 5 stars - they've been the most courteous Data Center vendor I've ever worked with by far (going back with previous Colocation spaces I've worked with in the past 7 years). From initial discussions to the customer cage spaces, this is the DC you want at a fraction of the cost compared to others in NYC. You want help with getting in the building? Sander Gjokaj is your guy. You want to get in touch with Remote Hands? Robin Ramdhanie will eliminate the middle man routine. Hudson IX gets the job done, and done the way the customer wants it done. My professional advice to you reading this? Get good insurance (Certificate of Insurance, COI), 60 Hudson is no joke.

Hudson IX's efforts to help us complete our 70% deployment goal have not gone unnoticed.
